We are currently seeking to recruit:


Monitoring and Evaluation Intern

Habitat for Humanity seeks to appoint a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Intern to be based in Pretoria. The intern will conduct desktop research, participate in the design of data collection tools or draft feedback on projects under the supervision of his manager.


Program Operations Intern

The objective of this internship is to provide an opportunity for the incumbent to gain work-based experience through exposure and involvement in Habitat for Humanity’s International Projects and also to provide exposure to a professional working environment while gaining knowledge and insight into the housing/human settlements sector. This position is based in Pretoria.


Resilient Housing Technology Specialist

The Resilient Housing Specialist will provide support in the planning, design, monitoring and evaluation of preparedness and mitigation, post disaster reconstruction and recovery and construction and non-construction housing support services for low-income families and communities. S/he will interact with Habitat for Humanity's offices, partner organizations and contracted subject matter experts. The position is based in Pretoria or Nairobi.


IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist will support users across three offices - Bratislava, Pretoria and Nairobi. S/he will work with staff from other departments as an IT business partner to provide appropriate IT solutions to achieve business objectives. The position is based in Bratislava, Slovakia. 


Learning and Organizational Development Manager

The LOD Manager will oversee the integrated delivery of a core set of services and solutions to the organization in the following areas: talent management, people and leadership development, learning strategies, innovation and capacity development, succession planning, knowledge management and learning systems. She/he will be based either in Bratislava Slovakia or Pretoria South Africa.


Consultancy for Mid-term Evaluation of EU Funded Project 

Habitat for Humanity is looking for a qualified consultant/team of consultants to conduct a mid-term evaluation focused on analyzing the prospects for sustainability of a EU-funded project aimed at fostering EU citizens’ engagement in support of SDGs, particularly pertaining to global housing, land, urban issues. 


Chief of Party for the Middle East

The Chief of Party for the Middle East will be a critical partner in the development of longer-term disaster risk reduction and response strategy. She/he will manage the program implementation by designing, planning, overseeing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting program and project activities in accordance with organizational and donor requirements.
